The same five steps every time, whether we are working in the bay or in your driveway:
- Tell us what it is doing. Call us or fill out the form, and provide a detailed description of the issue. We will schedule a time for drop off or mobile service if applicable. If needed, a tow service can be set up as well.
- We find the fault. We test the system in the diagnostic phase and trace the problem back to its cause.
- You approve it. You get a plain explanation of what is wrong before any work starts.
- We keep you updated. Text updates and pictures will be provided throughout the diagnostic and repair.
- We test it before you get the keys back. The vehicle will be road tested and inspected to ensure all repairs were successful.

A few years ago I had to buy a little car 'as is' TM3 got it running well and I've just had to keep to maintained.
